2. How long do I need to give for repeat prescriptions?
Please allow a minimum of 24 hours for all repeat prescriptions, (48 hours if over the weekend).
To order a repeat prescription, we would be grateful if you could please call us between 11am - 1pm (weekdays). Prescriptions will usually be ready the next working day after 2.30pm.

3. How do I get to your car park at the Kingsthorpe Surgery?
The car park is behind the surgery and can be accessed via the service road off Osborne Road. Please click here for a map.
4. When and how do I pay?
All fees are payable at the time of treatment, or on collection of your pet following a procedure. We do not run an account system and we do not accept payment by installments. We accept all cards, apart from American Express, or you can pay with cash.
5. Can you claim directly through my pet insurance?
It is our practice policy not to claim direct from insurance companies. You will need to pay your account with us, and then we can complete the insurance claim form that you provide, to claim your money back. Depending on the circumstance and your which insurance company you are with, we may make an exception, only by prior arrangement. For further information about this please contact our Practice Manager.
