Deb Shatford. R.V.N.

Senior Veterinary Nurse

Deb joined the practice in 1983 when it was a two vet small animal practice. She qualified as a VN in 1987, and became head nurse in 1988. After spending a couple of years establishing a veterinary hospital in Peterborough, she re-joined the practice in 1991. She remains the head nurse and her main duties include the day to day running of the practices, and training student nurses. She gained both her D32/33 training and practice insurance advisor awards in 2001. She holds an interest in anaesthesia, critical care medicine and veterinary dentistry. She enjoys reading and walking, and is an avid "Saints" supporter.

Vanessa R.V.N

Veterinary Nurse

Vanessa joined the practice in 2004 and qualified as a Veterinary Nurse in the Summer of 2009.  The College of Animal Welfare recently awarded Vanessa with the Intrac NVQ2 Award for the most improved student. Outside of work Vanessa enjoys looking after her cats and spending time with her adorable nephews!

Jenny Meadows V.N

Veterinary Nurse 

Jenny joined the practice in December 2009.

Jenny qualified as a Veterinary Nurse in 2000.  She achieved her D32/33 Training Award in her previous practice.  She enjoys spending time at home with her two cats Simon and Slater.

Alana Dent V.N

Veterinary Nurse

Alan qualified in 2008 and joined the practice in March 2010.  Alana has locumed around the UK and Australia.  She has a keen interest in anaesthesia and nursing clinics and has just completed a course in dentistry
