Alan Rhodes BVet Med MRCVS Veterinary Surgeon. Alan qualified from the London Veterinary School in 1975. He worked in a mixed practice in Nuneaton before joining his father at the practice here in 1976. His aim, working alongside his father, was to provide a complete veterinary service for clients and pets, and to promote pet healthcare in the area. In 1988 he took sole charge of the practice, after his father retired. He has an interest in orthopaedic surgery and radiography, and has been actively involved with the BVA, SPVS and past president of SEMVA. He enjoys rugby and can often be seen down at Franklins Gardens, home of the Northampton Saints rugby team. He also enjoys a game of Golf.
Kelly Wright MA Vet MB Cert SAS MRCVS Veterinary Surgeon. Kelly qualified from Cambridge Veterinary School in 2001. She joined the practice in October 2004 after working in mixed practices in Leicestershire and Oxfordshire. She has a particular interest in soft tissue and orthopaedic surgery. She gained her certificate in Small Animal Surgery SAS in September 2008. This represents several years of advanced study and experience, and expands the range of surgical procedures and expertise that the practice can offer. Out of work Kelly enjoys travel, especially holidays to go scuba diving, cinema, cooking and reading.
Sonya Eastaugh BVet Med MRCVS GP Cert FlP, EP Veterinary Surgeon. Sonya qualified from The Royal Veterinary College in London in 2002. She joined the practice in August 2008 after working in practice in Norfolk, Sussex and Australia. Sonya has gained a General Practitioner Certificate in Feline and Exotic practice with a particular interest in reptiles. She is also an active member of the South East Midland Veterinary Assocaition. In her spare time she enjoys wildlife photography, running, dancing and travelling. She also enjoys spending time with her dog Indie, her two tortoises and her 3 legged bearded dragon.
Richard Thomas BSc (Hons), MSc, BVM&S MRCVS Veterinary Surgeon. Richard joined the practice in November 2010 after graduating from The University of Edinburgh. He is currently the South East Midlands Veterinary Associations Public Relations Officer. In his spare time he enjoys going to the gym, gardening, running, travelling and hiking.
