Jo Pocklington

Jo started working at Rhodes in 1990 and has seen many changes in veterinary practice over the years.

She is now on her 3rd generation of family owned and clients pets and enjoys meeting all patients old and new.

Starting out as a young veterinary nurse in training at Spinney Lodge Veterinary Hospital, Jo came to Rhodes 5 years later. She then got married to her Saints rugby playing husband and has two beautiful boys, her horse Pudding and her dog Mac who are all her pride and joy!

Jo now works part-time and enjoys her work very much at our Far Cotton Branch. Jo is an experienced team member looking after all our clients and their pets with the best possible care.

Keeping up to date with all CPD and business training involved with this industry, Jo has many years of experience of customer care and animal handling.

Jo has many interests and hobbies keeping herself fit and as active as possible including travel, scuba diving and horse riding with a special interest in horse behaviour (their nervous systems), and personal growth.
