Tess Rose RVN, Prof.Dip.SA.phys offers an in-practice physiotherapy service for dogs, cats and rabbits.

How will my pet be referred?

Patients may be referred to Tess following a consultation with a vet, by filling out and signing a referral form and sending across the patient's history. A referring vet can download this referral form here.
